I wanted to write about something else today but as I am taking an incredible Internet Marketing course with Alex Jeffreys at todays session there was a question from one of his coaching students addressed to Alex that went loosely like this – knowing one’s desperate financial situation how to overcome [to fight back - DA] an urgent desire to sell?
Like someone who has been there (I had to raise a business from below zero, so to speak), I could definitely relate to that. And I believe I have got the answer – loosen a grip on your present situation, pretend it is not there, do the right thing and remove the utmost importance you attach to it and it will dissolve soon enough and will turn for the better.
If you noticed the quote of the day above I would also like to comment on 2 points Topher Morrison keep stressing among many others at his events:

First, Marketing is ubiquitous. And, basically,  it IS an essential skill.

Second, you should be ready to embrace you fortune.
Let me explain, if there are people reading this who are old enough to remember an IBM/Microsoft JV – the OS/2 operating system, then you should definitely know that this particular Marketing vs Engineering case study makes it painfully clear – no matter how good your product is without the proper marketing it is worth close to nothing.
